Longrain starts serving spring courses which are made with seasonal ingredients such as firefly squid, Japanese butterbur and seasonal cabbage from Mar 16.

Including Longrain's popular blue rice salad "khao yam", beef skirt steak and Spanish mackerel, lunch course is served with 5 dishes; about dinner course, including choice of main dish from snow aging pork, beef skirt steak and Hida beef, a total of 9 dishes are served!

Furthermore, "Bottled Wine 40%OFF Campaign" will be launched from Mar 22 to April 28! Guests who make reservations for spring course can enjoy Longrain's selected bottled wine with 40%OFF price!

まだまだ寒い日が続くこの季節にぴったり！名古屋コーチン鶏がらからじっくり出汁をとった「アジアン鶏だし鍋」の販売がスタート。
今年のお鍋は、1人1台のソロスタイルでご用意し、パクチーや空芯菜、まいたけなど全9種類の野菜に、カンパチ、手羽先チキンなど魚介もお肉もたっぷり楽しめる内容に。

Longrain starts serving 「Asian Chicken Soup Pot」to make our guests warm!

「Asian Chicken Soup Pot」,taken soup stock from Nagoya Cochin chicken, is served with seperate style that one pot for one guest. The pot comes with 9 vegetables such as coriander, water spinach, maitake mushroom, meats like chicken wings and seafoods including yellowtail.
Furthermore, including shrimp oil, coriander oil, yellow curry paste,etc., a total of 6 optional sauces and seasonings are attached to make the pot various tastes!
Raw rice noodles and mini khao yam are also attached to perfectly finish the pot! Guests can enjoy "soup-style khao yam" by adding some soup in!
