We have restarted a take-out menu in addition to our eat-in and delivery menus!

当社が運営するレストラン「ロングレイン トーキョー」に勤務する従業者1名が新型コロナウイルスに感染していたことが、7月16日(木)に判明いたしました。

当該者は、接客業務に従事しておりますが、7月13日(月)以降は出勤しておらず、それ以前の勤務中につきましても、マスクを着用し、アルコールによる定期的な手指消毒等の感染拡大防止策を施しておりました。

同店では行政の指導に基づき、７月17日(金)午前に専門業者による消毒作業を実施いたしました。
なお、７月17日(金)より7月19日(日)までは臨時休業として、7月20日(月)より営業再開いたします。

今後も、お客さまと従業員の健康と安全確保を最優先に考え、社内外への新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の抑止のために関係各所と連携して対応してまいります。

On July 16, 2020, 1 employee at Longrain Tokyo has been tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was engaged in customer service, but has not been at the restaurant since July 13, 2020. He had also been wearing a mask and regularly washes and disinfects his hands with alcohol sanitizer.
Based on the guidelines of the administration, the restaurant will carry out disinfection procedures conducted by a professional company. The restaurant will temporary close between July 17 – July 19, 2020. It will re-open for regular operations on Monday, July 20, 2020.

We will continue to give top priority to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees and will work in cooperation with relevant parties to prevent the spread of the infection in and outside the company.

At Longrain, we create all our dishes based on the 4 flavor elements: spicy, sour, sweet and salty. That is then blended with a variety of herbs and seasonal produce. Our signature course includes all of these elements to create a modern yet classic 9-plate experience.
